  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9 am until 9 pm, and Sunday, 10 am until 6 pm.

  • How do I get to your facility?

    GoCare at Abby Medical is located in the beautiful, state-of-the art Abby Medical Center, conveniently located right off of I-95 and Route 7. Our address is:

  • What conditions do you treat at GoCare at Abby Medical?

    At GoCare at Abby Medical, we specialize in treating a variety of urgent medical needs. These include colds, cough and flu, minor scrapes, cuts and burns, sprains, strains and fractures. Our physicians are skilled in medical diagnosis and triage, and will arrange for a higher level of care if necessary.

  • What should I bring to my appointment?

    If you have a commercial insurance company, you should bring your insurance card so we can secure payment from your insurance company. Treatment for some conditions may interfere with your chronic medical concerns, so bringing a list of your current medications may be helpful.

  • Do I have to make an appointment to be seen?

    No appointment is necessary to see our physicians at GoCare at Abby Medical.

  • Do you have x-ray on site?

    Yes. We have the capability to perform xrays on site at GoCare at Abby Medical.

  • How long will I have to wait to be seen?

    Our goal is to have our patients seen by a physician with minimal waiting time. We aim to have our patients seen and treatment underway within 20 minutes. Often, you will be able to be seen and on your way within an hour or so.

  • What do I do if I’m not getting any better?

    We recommend that you follow up with your primary care physician shortly after your visit to GoCare at Abby Medical. Oftentimes your medical problem will necessitate follow up with a Specialist, and our physicians at GoCare at Abby Medical will assist you in determining the appropriate specialist with whom to follow up. If you have trouble with follow up, you can call us and we can offer recommendations or see you again for a recheck.

  • What forms of insurance do you accept?

    At GoCare at Abby Medical, all major commercial insurance carriers are accepted, as well as Worker’s Compensation, Auto Insurance and cash or check. A list of participating insurance providers is listed on the Billing / Insurance page.

  • What is your payment policy?

    Your copayment, as determined by your insurance policy, is due at the time of your visit. If paying by cash, without insurance, payment is due at the time of service. Special arrangements can be made if you are unable to pay in full at the time of service.

  • Can I still be seen if my insurance is not accepted?

    Yes. If we do not participate with your insurance, then you will be responsible for the bill for services rendered. Cash, check, etc is accepted.

  • What happens if my insurance company doesn’t pay my bill?

    We do our best at GoCare at Abby Medical to work with your insurance provider. We will bill your insurance for you, however, if payment is declined, you are ultimately responsible for your bill. If necessary, we can provide you with a copy of your receipt for you to submit to your insurance carrier, who may reimburse you for expenses.

  • Do I have to pay at the time of my visit?

    Your copayment is due at the time of your visit. If you do not have an insurance carrier, payment in full is required at the time of service, but payment arrangements can me made, if necessary.
